"My 13 year-old son and I had a great time yesterday at 321 Jet Ski Rental. Living in Melbourne I found them on Google. Spoke with a super-nice guy on the phone named Steve. He was able to accommodate us immediately. When we arrived Steve was just as great in person as he was on the phone. You can tell he loves his job and thankful to have the ability to be on the water every day. After signing a few papers and 5-10 min of important instruction we were out on the water. We had a blast. The jet ski was fastttttt! Plenty to see including boats, fish and the beautiful homes on the water. Couldn't be any better. I even received an email from Steve this morning to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Owning my own business I understand the importance of customer service. Steve was awesome, his equipment and level of customer service was A+ and I'm hoping to return next weekend. I'd refer everybody to him."
